A MESSAGE FROM BEAVER DAM HUNTS FOR THE 2010-11 SEASON
The 2009-10 season has came and gone. It was a season of highs and lows both in temperatures, water, and duck numbers. The Mississippi Flyway was plagued with high waters just shy of of Biblical porportions. In spite of the inclement conditions that persisted much of the season, we ended up with pretty much a "normal" duck harvest. So far the 2010-11 season looks to be shaping up to be a good one in terms of duck numbers.
In the off season we have been busy making improvements to our operation. Boat sheds, blind brushing, food plots are some of the areas we have concentrated on to make your visit with us a memorable one to cherish for years to come.
We are pleased to announce the addition of Joey Helms to our guides. Many of you have shared a blind with Joey in the past and know what a hard working, first class guide and skilled waterfowler he is.
Also this year we will have lodging available to our clients on a limited basis. Please visit the lodging page on our website for more details and rates.
Many of you have contacted us about available dates for this waterfowl season. We are currently working on this and will be contacting you soon. For those who are interested in coming for some "legendary" duck hunting, please contact us soon. Available spots wont last long.
Looking forward to a great season,
Mike & Lamar Boyd
